Job Description:HMIS officer is responsible for timely collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination of accurate, reliable HMIS data as per MoPH/BPHS standard guideline. She/he is responsible to ensure the system is functional at all level from the community to field office and produce timely, accurate, and reliable and sufficient data/information and ensure the information is used for action and improvement of quality of services. Main Duties:Ensure update HMIS software is functional and used properly at the field office.Provide field office, health facilities and community networks with adequate number of updated relevant HMIS formats.Monitor timeliness and completeness of reports. Develop monitoring and supervision plan and conduct supportive supervision visits.Collect, compile and Provide staff with required HMIS information.Ensure the flow of information to sub office and main office Participate in drafting monthly, quarterly and annual reports.Coordinate HMIS activities with other concern agencies; represent ORCD in HMIS task force meeting.Submit HMIS data to ORCD main office timely.Keep records of all HMIS documents including backup safely.Providing the HMIS stationary and formats health facility level on quarterly base.Follow up the roll and policy of ORCD.Respond to the day-to-day technical demands of the ORCD computer users (based on the maintaining form). Daily checking of users computers & trouble shootingInstall technical equipment as required.Update and install software according to the needs and requirements of ORCDAny other task assigned by supervisor.
