Job Description: Responsible for developing the Sales operating plans for Kiosk market in conjunction with the Retail Sales Head. - Define and manage the reporting requirements to meet the Operating plan objectives. - Define the strategy and manage the reporting requirements to ensure the customer retention process objectives are achieved. Agree actions with Direct Sales Head to maximize retention of customers. - Management and responsibility of sales budgets in excess of $XXXXX to drive stretch revenue. - Recruitment and training of local staff in order to achieve business objectives. - Updating and producing Monthly Business Overview slides Input into forecasting all Regional SME businesses - New Acquisition - Rollout of Kiosks as per the Budget. - Analyze Budgeted units and head count reporting by channel – monthly - Develop and implement customer contact strategy including marketing offer to drive incremental revenue on back of rate change and other marketing opportunities Manage Sales Material including: Outgoing correspondence o Development of new promotion material in conjunction with marcom. Proposal to customers – value statements etc Develop and produce Annual Operating plan for New Acquisition Analyze monthly retention reports: Monthly sales analysis for sales executives and reviewing their performance Retention Analysis New Acquisition Data – monthly activity Develop and produce Quarterly Tactical Marketing Programmes based on feedback from Retail Sales Head and to achieve key business drivers. - Implement marketing program and other incentive schemes, to drive success. Suggest pricing and packaging solutions to achieve objectives. - Work with Regional teams to ensure key metrics in accordance with agreed SLA’s are achieved. - Review weekly dashboard with all kiosk supports and follow up every single issue until unless it is solved. - Negotiation of kiosk lease with municipality and private land owners - Managing day to day operational activities of every kiosk support in his region - Preparing action plan for each DCA (Altai survey per kiosk per region, so far, completion of such action plans with the timeline. - Arranging weekly meeting with our contractor( kiosk franchisee) - Setting up monthly target for kiosk franchisee per region on monthly basis. - Control, manage and achievement of Saadat SIM on monthly basis - Lead the team in order empower their skills, knowledge and their - Review dashboard with all shop staff and kiosk support on weekly basis - Taking care of approvals via emails - Ensures training to all PCO operators - Managing PCO channel issues - Ensure the PCO promotion posters install in all PCO shops - Ensure no cross selling amongst PCO operators - Ensure no difference price of calling by PCOs operators - Visit each operator minimum 2 times a week.( For out locations can be discussed with RM, however once a week is desired in case of bad terrain / far flung areas) - Discusses / Resolves concerns and issues of operators with RM/RD - Fills his daily reports - Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing - Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information - Record, analysis, report and administer according to systems and requirements - Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships - Maintaining a high level of customer service standards including complaint resolution. - Ensuring all Team Members are coached to exceed sales and KPI targets.
