Job Description: Develop class schedule for students for each group based on type of training, level of literacy and their interest. Develop daily/weekly/monthly lesson plans based on the literacy level for each group of trainees and train students/trainees in the centres. Make sure students have required vocational and life skill material and supplies are available in stock. Make sure students/trainees have required reading material and supplies at access and available with them. Build students’ skills and increase their understanding to set the value of each product and price. Make web search and contact relevant centers/institutes to collect necessary materials/information to develop extra teaching materials. Identify aids among the clients and develop her capability to support clients on building their skills as when necessary. Train trainees in new skills on designing new market oriented products and considering the consumers’ choice. Keep record of the students/trainees regarding their skills building, daily attendance and class activities. Keep record of students’/trainees products and out puts and be accountable for it and provided timely updates about status of their products. Evaluate progress of each trainee, flag trainee problems, and provide monthly reports to facility supervisor/Project Manager. Assist the project manager in developing curriculum for vocational and Life Skill training. Able to work overtime on weekends or holidays as required by the supervisor or program Participating in marketing events, keep notes and transfer leaving from these events into the workplace Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor within the given job.
