Job Description: Description of the Post: Primary responsibility is driving new revenue through customer growth, selling AWCC products and services. The incumbent will also be a contributing member of the product team, responsible for communicating functional requirements that are discovered in the course of client/prospect conversations that help evolve the competitiveness of AWCC products. Main Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential customers at the targeted areas. Up-sell products and services to the existing customers. Gain product intelligence through networking, trade shows, reading, etc. Keep the product development team updated with the critical market feedback. Attend trade shows and travel when required. Develop new business relationships with Dealers, Retailers etc. Keep accurate and timely records in the company’s contact management system. Increase the company’s presence in the market through visibility, Customer Service and sales in the region. Manage key customers and help with retention of existing customers, when requested. Promote the company brand value in written and verbal communication. Work Together and Support Regional Officers to achieve their Targets Be in close touch with Regional SIM and Top up Dealers and Support them. Work under Developed policy and procedures to increase work efficiency, increase productivity and improve business practices. Receive Government and Public Complains from the Region on Network Problems and Rollout issues; collaborate with RF, Network Rollout, Project and Operation Departments to address the problem ASAP. Visit each site in region when needed to check the status. Establish and maintain an effective reporting system within the region.
